All local deliveries are made in one of our 3.5 ton tipper vans. All deliveries are made on Monday to Fridays only, subject to availability.
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to arrange an available delivery date.
All logs, bags, nets and packaging become the property of the buyer on delivery. Please ensure that you dispose of any waste packaging responsibly.
All products delivered to addresses where there is no one at home will be left entirely at the customers risk.
Our 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 cubic metre loose loads of kiln dried hardwood logs are delivered by one of our vans and tipped out as a loose load as close to where you would like them as we can. We operate a tip only service and do not move or stack the logs after tipping. We will not be able to tell you the estimated time of arrival of your order.
Our barrow bags of logs can be delivered right to your log store after unloading by use of our sack barrows. Please note that these barrow bags can not be taken over steeply sloping or uneven ground, through narrow gateways or over steps after unloading.
Some customers prefer to leave out a tarpaulin for us to tip onto and cover the logs over with. Please advise if you would like us to do so.
