Sourced from sustainably managed local FSC certified forests and force dried in our biomass kilns (which are fueled by the timber residuals from our tree surgery business). These logs are premium quality, offer superb heat output and are an environmentally friendly choice.

We will contact you to confirm our next available delivery date as soon as we can usually within a few working days of placing your order.

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday typically between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm. We cannot specify an exact time for your delivery.

The delivery does not require a signature and therefore we are more than happy to deliver your logs to your chosen location whilst you are not at home, providing you give us permission us to do so. Please confirm during checkout stage using the Delivery Instructions field. 

Our 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 cubic metre loose loads of kiln dried hardwood logs are delivered directly to your chosen location by one of our 3.5t tipper vans.

We offer a tip only service and do not move or stack the logs after tipping. Please ensure you have pre-arranged your own help to stack your logs on or after your delivery date, if required. 

To protect the health and safety of our staff and minimise damages to our delivery vehicle, if for any reason our delivery driver has difficulty delivering your logs to your desired location they will instead deliver as close to this space as they possibly can. We reserve the right to abandon the delivery if it is unsafe to unload. The delivery driver's decision is final. 

Some customers prefer to lay out a tarpaulin sheet for us to tip directly onto and/or to cover the logs over with. This helps to protect both the ground from loose bark and also to keep the logs protected from the elements until you are able to stack and store them away safely. Please advise during checkout using the Delivery Instructions box if you would like us to do this for your delivery. 

Customers should be aware that once tipped, the logs then become your responsibility and we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that may directly or indrectly occur as a result of us following your delivery intructions, or after the event. Any delivery issues or concerns must be reported within 24 hours in order for our team to be able to recitfy these as soon as possible.

Step 1) Once you have placed your order online, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your delivery slot by text message to your mobile phone, usually within a few working days of placing your order. If you haven't left a mobile telephone number on your order, we will e-mail you instead. Please ensure your contact details are correct when placing your order. 

Step 2) Your delivery text message confirmation will contain all the information for your order, plus what to do if you need to cancel or rearrange. Please make sure you read the message fully, and make a note of your delivery date in your diary. 

Step 3) On your scheduled delivery day, our friendly driver will deliver your logs using one of our 3.5t tipper vans. We do not require a signature. Please refer to the 'Delivery Info' drop down section to find out more.

Step 4) Be sure to spread the word to your friends and family about our high quality, clean and dry logs! By spreading the word you are not only helping us to grow our small family business, but you are helping to improve air quality in the UK. By only burning our high quality, clean and heat efficient kiln dried logs, you can be sure that you are positively impacting the environment by minimising harmful air pollutants. What's not to love about that!
